Recell is part of the Altilium Group (Altilium), which includes websites such as www.altilium.tech. This Notice and our Cookies Policy apply to all visitors to and users of the Recell website at www.recell.store (the “Website”).

When you create an account, we may collect the following information:
Once you have registered, you can update your personal details in your account at any time by emailing us at dataprotection@altilium.tech. If you later provide data such as your full name and telephone number, at the time of an online order on the Website, this personal information may be saved in your account.
We will use the contact details you provide in the Register section of the Website when you register your account to send you communications. Where you have provided a telephone number, we may also use this to contact you about your account.
When you begin an online order on the Website, we may contact you regarding your order.
When you communicate with us, you may provide personal data to us such as your name, address, contact details, organisation details. We will use this only to communicate with you.
Altilium’s support team may also contact you by email and/or (where you provide your telephone number) SMS and/or telephone to discuss your sale and to gain feedback on your experience of making an online order on the Website, in order for us to try to improve our services.
Altilium acts a data controller in respect of its collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of providing and administrating the online order service. We will not share your information outside of the Group without your consent. If we do share your information in such situation then the third party will act as a controller in its own right in respect of your personal data. Therefore, you must read their privacy notice and satisfy yourself as to the purposes for which the third party will use your personal data. Altilium will ensure that all data it gathers is in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation, including that the personal data is only kept for as long as necessary and in accordance with the dealer’s retention periods.
Where you have given consent for Altilium to process your personal data you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing dataprotection@altilium.tech. We will cease processing your data based on that consent but this does not affect any processing we have undertaken at any time before withdrawal.
If you have given consent for your details to be passed to a third party your data may already have been used by them to respond to your request before we can action your consent withdrawal. In this event, you will need to contact them to withdraw your consent to their use of your personal data.
Altilium will not pass on your personal data to third parties except as set out in this Notice or with your consent. We may disclose your personal information to third parties for the following purpose and in the following circumstances as part of our processing activities:
We may share your personal information with the Altilium Group companies. The Altilium Group operates a shared IT infrastructure and, as a result, your personal data may be shared with other companies in the Altilium Group. We ensure that our shared IT infrastructure is subject to appropriate security measures and internal controls, to ensure that your personal data is kept secure and in accordance with Data Protection Legislation. Your data may be used and analysed in order to improve products and services across the Altilium Group.
Sometimes we may need to share and/or process your personal data outside the UK, for example where we use service providers who are based outside the UK. We will only share and/or process your personal data outside the UK where we have taken steps to fully comply with Data Protection Legislation and ensure that your personal data is fully protected.

This may include contractual protections in place with our service providers or transferring your data to countries or parties which are recognised as providing suitable protection by UK and the European Commission.
Altilium uses strict procedures and security features designed to prevent any unauthorised access to your data that we hold.
Altilium will process personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for, including the purpose of legal, accounting and reporting requirements, and for as long as necessary for the prevention and detection of criminal activity.
The period for which we process and store the personal data for varies depending on the use you make of the Website and the products and/or services we offer. Where you register an account or place an advert we will retain your data for as long as your account and/or advert is live and a period after your account is closed or advert ends to enable us to satisfy our legal, accounting and reporting requirements.
